1. What are the delivery methods?
- DPD courier, InPost parcel locker - domestic
- DPD, UPS, TNT courier - international.
2. What is the delivery time?
In the case of a courier shipment, the delivery time in most cases falls on the next business day - I send the products after the payment is credited to my bank account or in the case of selecting the shipment on delivery.
3. Is setting up an account in the store necessary to be able to make purchases?
We will make purchases without registration, but in this situation, the customer cannot check the order history and for subsequent orders, the delivery details must be filled in again. It is worth becoming a regular customer of our client - ask the seller for details.
4. What are the forms and methods of payment for the goods?
- Cash on delivery - in this case, the payment is collected by the courier delivering the goods to you.
- Cash - order payable in cash upon receipt of the ordered goods in our stationary store in Kielce
- Prepayment to a bank account - the goods are shipped after the payment is credited to our bank account
- Payment via PayPal or Przelewy24
- Payment by Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.
5. Can the product be shipped as an international shipment for next business day delivery?
Yes, the package will be shipped by TNT Global Express - Air Freight. For the quote for such a shipment, please ask the seller.
6. Can the product be shipped as an international COD package?
Yes, then the delivery for the product is collected by the courier delivering the package. The download takes place only in the currency of the country EUR / GB / USD. The package is dispatched by UPS. Delivery is up to 5 business days - it is not possible to shorten this period.
7. Is it possible to ship the product the same day as the order placed?
Yes, if the order is placed by 3 p.m. and meets at least one of the following two conditions:
- The payment from the buyer will be credited to our bank account (ING Bank Śląski)
- The customer will choose the cash on delivery option (+4 PLN added to the standard shipment)
8. Is it possible to ship on the basis of a bank transfer confirmation?
No. The policy of the ZKMpro sp.z o.o.company, specifies the possibility of sending the product only in two cases:
- The transfer from the client has been credited to our ING Bank Śląski bank account
- The customer chose the cash on delivery option.
9. Is it possible to buy a product that is not presented on the store's website?
Yes, if any of Teltonika's products are not on our website or are simply 0 in stock, please ask the seller [email protected] We carry out special orders for Teltonika products.
10. What if we made previous purchases from another distributor and what about devices from the previous list?
We copy the previously made IMEI numbers to the configurator, and thus they become available with the newly purchased through the ZKMpro store.
